NATURAL EYE MAKE UP REMOVER

Eye area is the most delicate part of our skin that is affected from environmental factors. It is very important that the make up products for eyes and around the eye area are all natural because chemical contents cause irritation and return to us as wrinkles.

As well as the eye make up products, eye make up removers should be natural. Almond oil has been used as a beauty product for ages and now it is time to use it as a make up remover. Enough amount of almond oil on a cotton ball can be used to cleanse the skin from dirt, moisturize the area and protects it from wrinkles.

However this application is not enough for lashes. We need help of Q-tips. Couple of almond oil drops on the Q-tip purge the lashes and help the lashes grow faster, ticker. The important point here is not to pull the eye lids during cleaning and not to use the same Q-tips for both eyes to prevent any infection.

Almond oil can also be used to clean all face make up on dry skins. Before buying it, make sure that production method of the oil is cold press. Many oils on the market are produced by refining cold pressed oil again and again. That discreases effectiveness of the oil.

If you want to benefit every drop of this vitamin E, phosphor, magnesium, potassium and calcium rich oil, ask your salesperson how it is produced.

FACIAL EGZERCISES

Our face is the unique part of our bodies that makes us recognized. Everyone wants it to keep the youthful look, never have any wrinkles and a second jaw.

However as years pass, our skin is deformed by negative affects of gravity, sun, our eating habits and sleeping regulation. We find ourselves buying expensive creams and expecting the result. And not only we spend much money, but also we load lots of chemicals into our body.
Is there any healtier way to form our face? A free way that will not need going under plastic surgery? A natural technic strengthening facial muscles without that plastic look?

Rose Tran is an expert having a facial yoga center in US. Women/men at every age come to the center for a facial yoga and they get rid of undereye bags, wrinkles, crow’s feet , droopy upper eyelids, droopy mouth corners and facial fat by egzercises. The result is amazing, you cannot believe that the participants are at the age they say.

Books and the CD’s can be found at YogaFacialToning.com. And here is the facial egzercises that takes 10 minutes for face lifting;

IS NAIL POLISH HARMFUL?

Nail polishes are the most common beauty product that we use. I remember being obsessive about nail polishes when I was a little girl.

Using this colorful miracle so often, have you ever consider how healty it is? If we don't question the content of the items that we use, no one will for us. All nail polishes contain 3 main ingredients; Formaldahyde, toluene ve dibutyl phthalate. Tolune provides with the  smooth surface and unfortunately it causes liver, lung, heart diseases and memory lose. Formaldahyde makes the polish solid after applying and prevents chipping.
It collapses immune system causing headache and dermal diseases.

Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is the content that make the polish liquid and it is plastic based. DBP is known as destroying hormones, it can pass to fetus from mother's blood and causes early adolescence on girls.

According to the Report of The Environmental Working Group (EWG), 37 nail products including nail protectors, bases and top coats on the market contain this toxic.

Let's think about nail polish once again. We apply it and then use our hands to cook, to apply our daily care, we touch our eyes, face. We even shouldn't get close to babies when wearing it. And pregnant women have to avoid it. I guess I am going to prefer my natural nail color instead of using a colorful toxic, because beauty has no importance if there is no health.
